Dangerous Game Safari Africa

Dangerous game hunting is the most demanding, most dangerous, and most rewarding form of hunting on earth. It is also the form of hunting that Brian Van Blerk was born to do. Over 37 years, Brian has built a record that places him among the most experienced dangerous game hunters working in Africa today: 136+ leopards, 56 lions, 300+ Cape buffalo, and 50 elephant bulls.

Every dangerous game safari with Brian is a bespoke experience. He works with a small number of clients each season, ensuring that each hunt receives his full attention and the meticulous preparation that dangerous game demands. Whether you are pursuing your first buffalo or your fifth leopard, Brian brings the same intensity, the same care, and the same uncompromising standard to every day in the bush.

Brian's operations span Zimbabwe's premier concessions, including the Chirisa Safari Area and the Zambezi Valley, and Tanzania's finest hunting blocks. Each area offers different terrain, different challenges, and different species opportunities. Brian will recommend the ideal location based on your target species, experience level, and preferred hunting style.

Experience matters in dangerous game hunting more than in any other form of hunting. The animals are unpredictable, the stakes are real, and the margin for error is zero. Brian's 37 years in the bush, his intimate knowledge of leopard, lion, buffalo, and elephant behaviour, and his calm authority in high-pressure situations give his clients an advantage that cannot be replicated by a less experienced hunter.

His team is equally important. Head tracker Albert Ndlovu has been at Brian's side for over 16 years, and his tracking skills are legendary among returning clients. The combination of Brian's hunting expertise and Albert's tracking ability creates a partnership that consistently delivers results on the most challenging hunts.
